Sundae Spin & Hot Dog Luncheon

Bikers Against Child Abuse® Blackhawk Chapter’s Sundae Spin is back this year — with a tasty twist! Join us on Saturday, August 16 at Kegel Harley-Davidson® as we fire up the bikes for a sweet cause. Registration kicks off at 10AM on the front lot, with KSU at 11AM sharp as we roll out for a morning ride to Sips & Sprinkles in Belvidere for an ice-cold treat. And let’s be honest — there’s no rule saying you can’t have ice cream before lunch! In fact, we highly recommend it! But wait — there's more! After cooling down with your sundae, the group will head back to Kegel H-D® where we’ll be serving up a hot dog lunch from Noon to 2PM while supplies last. It’s a day packed with great people, cool bikes, sweet treats, and hot eats — all to support the mission of Bikers Against Child Abuse®. $10 suggested donation if you ride, $5 if you’re just stopping by for lunch. Every dollar goes to support this incredible cause. Mark your calendars, bring your appetite, and let’s make a difference together — one mile (and one sundae) at a time. ABOUT B.A.C.A.® - BLACKHAWK CHAPTER B.A.C.A. Mission Statement:"Bikers Against Child Abuse, Inc. (B.A.C.A.) exists with the intent to create a safer environment for abused children. We exist as a body of Bikers to empower children to not feel afraid of the world in which they live. We stand ready to lend support to our wounded friends by involving them with an established, united organization. We work in conjunction with local and state officials who are already in place to protect children. We desire to send a clear message to all involved with the abused child that this child is part of our organization, and that we are prepared to lend our physical and emotional support to them by affiliation, and our physical presence. We stand at the ready to shield these children from further abuse. We do not condone the use of violence or physical force in any manner, however, if circumstances arise such that we are the only obstacle preventing a child from further abuse, we stand ready to be that obstacle."
